There is a lot to say but I’ll try to keep it brief. I was born in Chile where I studied psychology.
Although I still appreciate the subject, two years ago I decided to pivot my career toward a more creative field. So why did I choose graphic design? Well, I have always been drawn to art. Although I did not pursue it in my first degree, I took every opportunity available to study art, taking electives and other art-related activities wherever possible. I enjoy oil painting but at the moment I’ve been mostly playing around with watercolours and digital art.
This is was pushed me to start a career in graphic design. I love to come up with ideas, to create, to draw and to experiment. The whole design process appeals to me and I think I have become more and more engrossed in design over time.
Once you start to understand design you begin to see it all around you in your everyday life.I recently finalised my Associate Degree of Graphic Design at RMIT. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoyed creating it.
